Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide!

We offer our customers a great shopping experience, for which we have a comprehensive shipping policy.

We offer a wide range of shipping options to our customers. We use Fastway India and Ship Rocket for domestic shipments, and FedEx, DHL for international shipments.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within India will be shipped out via Ship Rocket. Orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your payment and it takes about 14 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep, depending upon the distance. You can track your order using the tracking number we provide in the email you receive after placing an order with us.

International shipping

  • Orders outside India will be shipped out via DHL, which takes about 14 – 20 days to reach its destination country. The shipping charges vary depending on the weight of your order and the destination country.
  • Please make sure to provide a valid phone number at the time of check out as it is required to contact you in case there are any issues with your order delivery.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes that may be incurred at the time of delivery are payable by you(customer); we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. 
  • The delivery time depends on the product you have ordered and the location of your shipping address. You can check the estimated time of delivery on the product page.
  • Within India, the orders will be shipped within 7 business days after confirmation of payment. We use courier agencies like FedEx, DHL and other services providers to ensure that your shipment reaches you safely without any damage or loss in transit.
  • We will ship to the address you provide on your order, so please make sure it’s correct. If you have a specific shipping address in mind, please note it in the notes section of your order.
  • If you are ordering multiple products and want them to be shipped separately, please submit separate orders and make sure they each have their own unique shipping address.
